How long does it take to receive my shipment?
Most items will ship within 48 hours. Therefore, you can expect your shipment to arrive according to the shipping method you select. Please note that during the holiday seasons, shipping does take longer so please plan ahead. You will receive tracking information via email. For more information, please view our Shipping Info page. If your package does not arrive within 10 working days, please contact our Customer Service department for shipping information.
How do you calculate shipping?
We calculate shipping costs based on weight and size as well as your location. Therefore, heavier objects will require a greater shipping charge. When you check out, you will be able to select the shipping method you prefer after you enter your address. You will always know the shipping before you buy!
Do you have a minimum purchase amount? How much is it?
Yes, we do have a minimum purchase of $5.00 on our website for PayPal or credit card payments. We require this minimum because of the fees we are required to pay the credit card companies. We will gladly accept a check or money order for a smaller amount.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Garden of Imagination! Therefore, if you are unhappy for any reason, simply return the item within 14 days and we will gladly exchange it or refund your money. However, unless it's our mistake, we cannot refund shipping charges. If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please do so within 24 hours or you may have to return the shipment at your expense. Please see our Shipping Info page for more details.
I ordered an item and then I received an email saying it is out of stock. Why does this happen?
We have over 300 items for sale on our website. As hard as we try to keep our website up-to-date, it is sometimes impossible to keep inventory 100% accurate. If you order an item that is no longer available, we may offer you a substitution that is similar to the out-of-stock item. Otherwise you will receive a refund for the item. If you have any questions regarding specific items and whether or not they are in stock, please contact our Customer Service department and include the item number and description. A representative will be happy to help you.
Do I have to have PayPal funds to purchase items on this website?
No. You may pay for items on this website with any major credit card through PayPal. You do not have to have a special account with PayPal to use their services. You may also pay by eCheck through PayPal. If you want to mail in a check or money order, you may select that option during checkout. Just print your order summary and include it with your check. Please be aware that items ordered by mail will be held for 10 days. If payment is not received within 10 days your order will be cancelled and those items will be made available to our other customers. Thank you for your understanding.
Is my information secure with Garden of Imagination?
Definitely! We never sell your name or information to anyone. Nor will we send you junk emails. If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, we may send you an occasional notice of our sales. Unless there is a problem with your order, we will never call you at home. Also, when you enter your personal information and credit card information, it is through a secure payment gateway. What do your sizes "slim" and "regular" mean?
Slim refers to the all vinyl 18" dolls and their clothing, such as those from Magic Attic Club®, Carpatina®, EuroGirls®, The Doll Maker®, Tawny Nix®, Just Pretend®, Stardust Classics®, White Balloon®, and Duck House® brands. The regular size refers to 18" cloth body dolls like American Girl®, and Götz Dolls®. Note: White Balloon® dolls are 16" and can wear slim clothing (except for pants) and they can wear regular shoes. The Sarah® dolls from Götz can usually wear a combination of slim and regular clothing. Life of Faith® dolls are full-vinyl, but they wear regular sized clothing.
